Development Programmes

Our Development Programmes can be customised to match the individual organisations supervisory management development needs and are also availiable with the ’Endorsement’ of the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM)

We have structured a ‘recommended’ course content to reflect the national occupational standards in leadership and management. However the levels quoted are only for guidence as the ‘equivalent level achieved’ will be dependent on the degree of customisation and organisational needs.

The ‘Aim’ within all of these Development Programmes, is to widen the basic knowledge and skills that a ’supervisor’ or ‘manager’ needs and to continue in the development of the individuals’ confidence level as part of an organisations management team. Managers and established supervisors benefit from the opportunity to review ways of managing ‘their people’ in terms of both current thinking and ‘best practice’ in to-days business environment.
