Reasons for change, managing ‘feelings’ and cooperation vs. competition.
Those supervising others are continually faced with the need to make and implement changes. This course complements the skills identified in the ‘Interactive Workshop’ Leadership and Teambuilding and goes on to develop the skills needed to effectively introduce changes at work.
