Handling Difficult Interviews

Course overview

Preparation, looking for clues, questioning techniques and keeping an open mind. 

This course will enable delegates to quickly acquire the basic knowledge and understanding, therefore allowing the development of the skills required for those interviews often seen as ‘difficult’ interviews. These may range from the return to work interview, disciplinary or grievance interview, through to the ‘dreaded’ annual appraisal. However they need not be, given thought, preparation and effective use of sound communication skills.
