Workshop overview
The workshop uses the foundation achieved in the ‘Discovery Workshop’ and builds on the individuals Insights Discovery Personal Profile’s and the four Insights colour energies. Using the simple model of ‘understand me - understand others’, participants take a more in-depth look at ‘Adapting and Connecting’.
The ‘Understanding Others’ workshop provides participants with a language and framework for recognising others’ styles and adapting and connecting, using influencing and negotiation skills that can immediately be put into practice.
As well as reinforcing the understanding of the four colour energies, this workshop explores the Insights 8-types, colourful interactions, keys to success and action planning.
