The Discovery ‘foundation’ workshop for ’Self Awareness’

The workshop uses each participant’s ‘Insights’ Discovery Personal Profile and the four Insights colour energies to explore the simple model of ‘understand me - understand others’. 

 

This ‘self awareness’ (or personal effectiveness) workshop is the foundation for all our ‘Insights’ programmes, offering an introduction to the Insights Discovery System and the Insights Discovery Personal Profile. Both fun and interactive, this engaging workshop provides participants with a language and framework for understanding themselves and others, that they can immediately be put into practice.

As well as ‘self awareness’ participants gain understanding in a number of core topics including the power of perception, the four colour energies, Jung’s preferences and the Insights 8-types and 72 sub-types. Participants are also given an introduction into recognising others’ styles and adapting and connecting.
