Pre Event activities

Delegates are involved in some pre course planning and personal profiling.

Delegates are also required to complete a ‘General Health and Medical Questionnaire’ (Strictly Confidential) as part of the course confirmation process

As part of the optional ‘Endorsed’ (ILM) programme, delegates are assessed by work-based assignments that are issued during the event. Following ‘post course’ completion these are submitted for external assessment. Which ever event is selected, each will be customised to the delegate and organisational needs. Accommodation is also selected by agreement with the organisation against what is felt appropriate to the event and to the expectations of delegates.
