All delegates attending HRD Solutions events - programmes, courses or workshops, are issued with ‘quality assured’ publications, specifically designed to support the learning activity.
Workshops, including those ‘endorsed’ by the ‘Institute of Leadership & Management’, are supported by our ’Reflection Series’ of workbooks . Courses are also supported in this manner or by our ’Summit Series’ of open learning resources.
The HRD Solutions ‘Reflection Series’ are learning resource workbooks designed both to review and extend the learning experience beyond the workshop. The HRD Solutions ‘Summit Series’ offers delegates development opportunities using an ‘open learning resource’ to extend the learning experience.
Programmes accredited by the Institute of Leadership & Management use either our ‘Summit Series’ resource materials or the ‘Universal Manager’ an ILM publication. The selection is made on the basis of the Vocational Related Qualification (VRQ) level.
