Train the Trainer (Instructional Techniques)
Course Overview (2 days)
Starting with the examination of the roles, learning processes and learning styles and culminating in the production of training plans and the demonstration of knowledge and understanding in a practical and safe environment - where the making of mistakes will not cost the delegate confidence. A good trainer needs to be knowledgeable but also comfortable in the role of trainer and confident they can develop the skills of others. Experienced employees are also frequently asked to train others because of the job-related knowledge and skills they can pass on. Whether a full time or occasional trainer, they both need to be appreciative and comfortable in their training role.
This course provides a rapid and effective introduction to the key skills required of any trainer allowing them to transfer their skills efficiently and effectively.
