Handling People Issues

Course overview

Looking for the cause, what are the remedies and understanding behaviour.

Managers and Supervisors exist because their responsibilities are too large for one individual to carry them out on their own. Hence we need teams and individuals to manage/supervise them. However ‘Team Leaders’ are vulnerable as they rely on the performance of the team members. How often is it the case that the team could achieve more if it wasn’t for that negative, belligerent, lazy or just disobedient individual!
