Understanding the rights of absence, setting standards for attendance, conducting return to work interviews and maximising attendance. Includes dealing with people issues. 

In a climate of increasing need for economic efficiency, the area of absence and attendance management is now a focus for major attention. This course is designed to introduce the delegates to the key skills of maximising attendance and developing a supportive, professional approach.
