Performance Appraisal
Workshop overview
Even established Appraisal schemes can fail to deliver on benefits to the organisation and can be more de-motivating to the team member than of use as an effective development tool; all for the sake of a little thought and preparation.
This workshop is primarily targeted at developing the appraisal interviewing skills of managers and supervisors who have had little or no previous formal training for appraisal interviewing and objective setting. It will also be of benefit to those managers wishing to revise and develop on existing skills gained from personal experience in previously reviewing and appraising performance of their team members.
