Workshop overview
Looking at all forms of discrimination, harassment and bullying, establishing standards and looking at remedies. Lack of policy and procedure can adversely affect company performance. So can a lack of understanding of equal treatment or management of procedure, in a fair, reasonable and consistent manner. These are challenging areas for both managers and supervisors, who need to be able to handle them effectively and within the law.
