Time Management and Delegation

Course overview

‘Improving personal effectiveness by organising yourself and organising others’.

Achievement in life often has less to do with what we can do and more to do with what we believe we can do. People with a strong sense of belief in themselves are far more likely to seize on opportunity positively and less likely to buckle under pressure than those who tend to underrate themselves. However there is a need to recognise time wasters, take control and be effective with our influencing skills and the setting of objectives.

 Course Description

Workshops are designed for 8 to 10 delegates with two tutors facilitating to ensure individual support, group interaction and tutor attention. Workshops are also designed as ‘Experiential Learning Events’ that provide the maximum benefit to the delegate and introduces the concept of learning whilst having fun. Activities include group and syndicate discussion, case studies, business games and video resources.

A further benefit of ‘Experiential Learning’ is that it encourages delegate interaction, self-confidence and the skills of networking in a safe environment.

The workshop ‘Aim’ is that on completion, delegates will have gained additional knowledge and skills to be used within their role and to the wide range of issues they are likely to meet in that role.

Supportive learning resource material (workbook) is issued to each delegate in attendance. On satisfactory completion of the course a Certificate of Achievement is also issued.
